Scope
These terms apply to any accommodation booking at a Nomadéa destination made on www.mynomadea.com, by email or by phone. The provider is the company operating the destination: for French Polynesia, SAS TUMU ORA, a French simplified joint-stock company based in French Polynesia. The website is published by Nomadéa AG (in formation), Basel. In these terms, “Nomadéa” means the provider. Booking implies acceptance of these terms.
The stay
- A stay lasts at least 2 nights and at most 90 nights.
- Rooms sleep 2 people; the Hotu room, accessible to people with reduced mobility, sleeps 3. Children aged 6 and over count towards this number.
- Babies (up to and including 5 years old) stay free of charge and do not count towards this number; they must be declared when booking. One baby cot can be set up per room.
- Check-in from 3 pm, check-out before 11 am, local time.
Prices
- Prices are shown in euros, per room and per night, breakfast included. The base rate is for one person; it is multiplied by 1.4 for two people and by 1.7 for three.
- The longer you stay, the less each night costs: the rate of the step reached (7, 14 or 28 nights) applies to every night of the stay.
- Children aged 6 to 14 inclusive get a 20% discount on their share of the room price. From 15, the adult rate applies.
- Options per person and per night: room without breakfast (deduction) or half board (supplement), at the prices shown when booking.
- A promotional code cannot be combined with the length-of-stay rates: the lower price is applied. The Pioneer code (and the code of Angel investors) gives 40% off the room. An investor whose friend invests through their referral link gets an extra 10% off one stay, with the same code, for each such friend.
- Tourist tax is not included. It is paid on site, in Pacific francs (XPF).
- The price confirmed in the booking email is final; a later change in rates does not apply to an existing booking.
Booking and payment
- When you book, the nights are held in your name and you receive by email a summary with the deposit request: 30% of the stay, to be paid by bank transfer within 5 days, quoting the reference given.
- The booking is confirmed when the deposit is received. Without payment within this period, it expires and the nights go back on sale; you are told by email.
- The balance is due 21 days before arrival. For a booking made less than 21 days before arrival, the full amount is requested within 5 days, and at the latest before arrival.
- Payments are made by bank transfer only, to the account shown in the booking email and in your customer area. Bank charges are yours to pay. Nomadéa will never ask you by phone or email to pay into a different account.
Changes
You can ask to change your dates, room or number of guests from your customer area or by email. Changes depend on availability; the price is recalculated at current rates and you receive a new summary.
Cancellation by the guest
- Up to 21 days before arrival: free cancellation, the deposit is refunded.
- Less than 21 days before arrival: Nomadéa keeps the deposit; the balance is not due and, if already paid, it is refunded.
- A shortened stay or a no-show is not refunded.
Cancellation requests are made from your customer area or by email; the date of receipt applies. Refunds are made by bank transfer within 14 days.
Cancellation by Nomadéa
If Nomadéa has to cancel a stay (force majeure, safety, closure), you are told as soon as possible and all amounts paid are refunded, or another stay is offered if you wish.
Right of withdrawal
Accommodation services provided on a specific date carry no right of withdrawal. The cancellation terms above apply.
On site
Guests respect the house rules and the peace of other guests. They are responsible for any damage they cause. Nomadéa is not liable for belongings left unattended.
Personal data
Booking data is processed according to our privacy policy.
